Procurement of IT equipment
After finalized/updated PC inventory of whole SAA, I start to procure replacement of PCs and other IT equipment.  Concept of the procurement is;

• Server: purchase 5 servers for each office for centralized Anti-Virus and LAN filing.
• Standardized PC: Minimized variation of model, Windows and Product. And purchase business model with original Windows.
• Centralized printer: avoid for purchasing small high running cost printer

All SAA offices don’t have centralized multifunction (Printer, Scanner, Facsimile and Copier is together) printer, I think price of the multifunction printer is very expensive. So SAA had used be purchased small single function printer and haven’t think about running cost of any printer. Actually running cost of small ...
