Dabocolo is essential snack with coffee ceremony. “Dabo” means bread, and “Colo” means grain (beans) in Amharic. Shape of Dabokolo expresses the grain. People are still making by themselves in the regional areas. Dabokolo called as farewell snack, since families often give their members whose leaving their home, to cheer up the members go to new place.
